Our client, a highly respected global consulting and managed services organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Architect/Team Leader to lead and guide a number of small teams of talented business and technical analysts.

Working with Investment Financial systems, you will be responsible for driving the parallel execution of multiple business analysis streams over different systems using multiple teams of analysts, and have overall responsibility for the delivery and quality of documentation including use cases and Business Process Diagrams. A senior member of the team, you will mentor business and technical analysts and act as advocate to various stakeholders.

 

Essentially you will need a minimum of 5 years in a BA role, with team leadership exposure to, a solid comprehension of, and experience in, the following:

 

• Data Modelling
  
• Methodology definition around BPA
  
• Capturing requirements of existing software infrastructure
  
• Case Modelling
  
• Business Process Modelling
  
• A high level of information analysis

 

Ideally you will have prior exposure to and experience with SOA, BPM process orchestration and thin web-based clients.

 

This role requires a strong business focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mind, and experience with writing reports. You'll also have exceptional interpersonal and the ability to interact in a positive way with people at all levels.
