My client is one of Australia's leading financial wealth management and superannuation market leaders. They are currently focussed on recruiting a highly motivated and experienced team leader to continue the development of a team of 10 mature systems specialists.

To be successful in this position you will need the following skills and experience:

Demonstrated knowledge of operational processes in a large enterprise

Excellent coordination and planning skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Confidence in dealing with people at different levels within the organisation

Excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.

Ability to operate both independently and as part of a larger team

Ability to motivate, influence and achieve win-win outcomes

Qualifications

IT or business degree or equivalent experience

5+ years experience in IT, with at 2-3 years in a team leadership capacity.

Demonstrated knowledge of operational processes in a large enterprise environments

Excellent coordination and planning skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Confidence in dealing with people at different levels within the organisation

Very good analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.

Ability to operate both independently and as part of a larger team

Ability to motivate, influence and achieve win-win outcomes
